Our postal address is 10500 Tamiami Trail, North Port, Florida, 34287.

Note: we are not actually in the village of North Port. We are in South Sarasota County. The City of North Port is our closest, (about a mile), municipality and shopping center and of course our Post Office location. We pay taxes, etc to the County.
There is a wide paved sidewalk from our front gate to the middle of North Port.

Makes it great for exercise on your bicycle to go to the bank, etc.

All the homes in our Village are resident owned. Each homeowner controls the sale of his own home. Houses sell quickly in Lazy River, this is greatly assisted by our volunteers that work in the Welcome Center in our office building at the front of the Village.
The volunteers have a list, with description and prices, for you to peruse. No sales pressure. You talk to the owner or his representative.

Our volunteers don't get involved in rentals but they will try to steer you in the right direction if they know a resident that wants to rent.
