Board of Directors
Lazy River Village has an elected 7 member Board of Directors who serve for 2 year terms. All owners (shareholders) are entitled to one vote per household.  Owners running for the Board may submit an outline of their reasons for wanting to serve, and their resume. A full budget is presented at the annual meeting in mid January. This includes a reserve fund. Annual financial reviews are carried out annually and a full audit is performed as deemed necessary by the membership.

Home Ownership
Each homeowner has a proprietary lease and membership certificate granting rights to the common areas of Lazy River. Real estate taxes are paid by each homeowner. Permanent residents may qualify for a $25,000.00 exemption.

Maintenance Fee
The monthly maintenance fee of $160 includes basic cable television with two outlets, lawn care, administration and maintenance of all common areas and full use of all amenities.

Activities Team
The Activities Team coordinates social activities in Lazy River Village and the scheduling of all amenity/common area facilities. 

Welcome Center
The Welcome Center is often staffed by our resident volunteers.
Friendly, knowledgeable home owners will tell you about our village and the homes that are available for sale or rent by owner.

Frontier Television
Frontier provides fiber optic television service as part of your low maintenance fee.  

Pet Lots
Some areas of the Village are designated pet sections. There is a limit of 2 dogs per home and all subject to breed restrictions.  Please check rules and regulation for details.

Lawn Cutting
Your lawn is cut, edged, and line trimmed for you as part of your maintenance fee.  Owners are responsible for keeping planter beds weed free and trees trimmed.    

Waterfront Property
Many homes on the water have their own permanent dock.  We have a very active Boat Club.  150 lots are on the water or have water views.  There is a marina available for those owners without docks.
